Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for replacement of a Vehicle Number Plate in person, the applicant has to visit any of the approved centres of the Federal Road Safety Corps.
2. List of approved centres by the FRSC can be found in the following Link
3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for replacing a Vehicle Number Plate from the relevant department.
4. Complete the application form with respect to the requirement by providing the required details under relevant sections.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
6. After completing the application form, attest it with your signature and attach the required documents with it.
7. Submit the application and required documents package to the relevant authority at the office.
8. Also pay the amount of fees required for the processing of application as directed by the officials.
9. The proof of payment should also be submitted to the person in-charge at the office.
10. After successful payment, the application form and attached documents are forwarded to the respective officials for verification.
11. Within 10-15 days, the application processing will be over and you will be communicated regarding it.
