1. To renew digital TV pass online, please visit the online application link
2. On the opened page click on “citizen” column and select “services”.
3. Now choose the option “entertainment” from the given services.
4. Then click on “Renew digital pass” and you will see “Make Payment” option on the right side of the opened page.
5. Click on “Make Payment” to renew your digital TV pass.
6. Choose “Renew digital Pass” service and now enter you Device ID correctly and click on “submit”.
7. Now you will be directed to “Payment” process. Please select the payment mode you are comfortable with and proceed with the transaction process.
8. Please pay the require amount appropriately. You will receive the transaction id as an SMS on your registered mobile number. Please keep it safe for future reference.
9. After completing everything, check once and click on “Submit” button.
10. Your request to renew digital TV process will be processed immediately.
11. After successful payment your digital TV pass will be renewed
