Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for renewing Air Service License in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

3. Visit the NCAA office with an application letter made in writing and duly signed by a person authorised by the applicant to request for an Air Service License renewal.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the Director General at the office in person for further processes. Pay the application fee as directed by the concerned authorities.
6. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification and validation processes.
7. Once all the processes get completed, the authorities will make necessary steps for the permit renewal process.

• Any individual or organisation, which has been already issued with a Permit for Aerial Services that requires renewal, can apply.
• The entity that seeks renewal must have been regular in paying the utilization and annual fees.
• The application must be submitted on or before a date not less than six (6) months to the expiration of the existing PAAS.

Annual utilization fee: N100,000.00
Processing fee: N250,000.00

The PAAS shall be renewed by the Director General for a further period of three (3) years.

• It is important that the completed form must contain all the information required properly and the form must be filled legibly, in order to get accepted by the Authority.

• Make sure that you attach all the required documents as specified by the authority to avoid rejections.

Renewal of Air Service License is required for the continuation of the usage of the license for the purpose it has been issued.
