Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for registering an Air Transport Training Institution in person, an application should be made in writing to the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.

3. Prepare an application made in writing with regard to the registration of Air Transport Training Institution.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. Visit the office with the written application and all other required documents. You will also have to obtain an NCAA ATR/RTI. 001 form and complete it with required details.
6. Complete it as required and attach the written application as well as all the documents required, with the completed form.
7. Submit the application package to the Allied Services Department of the Directorate of Air Transport Regulation of NCAA.
8. Also, pay a non-refundable processing fee for the application process as directed by the officials.
9. After application submission and successful payment, the documents will be forwarded to respective departments for analysis.
10. NCAA shall inspect the office premises of the institution to check whether the provided information is correct.
11. When all the information is found true and the documents are found in order, the application will be approved.
12. The applicant will be notified when the Registration Certificate has been prepared and ready for collection.
