Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Diamond Export Permit in person, the applicant has to visit the Office of Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for a Diamond Export Permit from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page, when you visit the office.
5. Complete the application form with appropriate details and required information as asked with respect to your license requirement.
6. After that, attach all the required documents with the application form and submit them to the relevant authority.
7. Pay the required amount of fees as directed. Then, the officials will proceed to perform the internal processes with respect to the applicant’s request.
8. Initially, your attached documents and application form will be checked for sufficiency and appropriateness.
9. If found sufficient, further necessary tasks will be accomplished by the concerned officials for the issuance of license.
10. Once all the tasks and processes are over, applicant will be intimated to collect the license through any applicable means.

• The applying entity must have obtained a Registration Certificate or an Incorporation Certificate.
• The applicant organization must also have registered as an exporter.

• Make sure that you attach all the required documents as specified by the authority to avoid rejections.
