1. To obtain No-Objection Certificate from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission in person, the applicant has to lodge an application to the Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for No-Objection Certificate from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commissionfrom the relevant department. Or click to download Application form for No-objection application form
4. Complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. The application should be signed and dated by the applicant.
5. Make sure that you have attached all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Then, the application along with the required documents should be submitted to the Chairman at the Commission’s corporate headquarters.
7. Pay the required fees amount for the processing of the application, as directed by the officials.
8. On successful submission and completion of payment, the applicant will be issued with an acknowledgement slip.
9. Within a month, the commission will evaluate the applicant and it may require the applicant to provide any additional information, if necessary.
10. In case if the application is complete, it will be considered for the issuance of the No-Objection Certificate and the applicant will be notified by the Commission after a specified period of time, from the date of the application.
