Apply In-Person:

1. To Modify or Update Certificate of Factory Registration in person, the applicant has to visit office of the Director of Factories. The address of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment office can be found here: Address details.
2. Visit the office and inform the Director of Factories, in writing, of such changes that has to be made.
3. After you have submitted your request in writing, it will be forwarded for further verifications.
4. Once all the internal processes are over, you will be notified through E-mail or call with further instructions regarding the update.

• Every person who has factory registration certificate can request for the modification/update of factory registration to the Director of Factories.

• Period of validity of Certificate will be mentioned in the Registration Certificate.

• If any change occurs with respect to the particulars provided in the application, the applicant must inform the Director of Factories, in writing, of such change.
