Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Tax Concession on Investment Allowance in person, the applicant has to visit any nearest office of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) in his/her state of residence. The address and contact details can be found in the following link: address details
2. Submit a letter requesting to get Tax Concession on Investment Allowance to the relevant authority at the office.
3. After submission, your request letter along with the attached documents (if any) will be forwarded for further verifications.
4. Once all the internal processes are over, you will be notified with further instructions to follow in order to become a beneficiary.

• Dividends derived from manufacturing companies in petro-chemical and liquefied natural gas sub-sector are exempt from tax.
• Companies with turnover of less than 1 million are taxed at a low rate of 20% for the first five years of operation if they are into manufacturing.
• Dividend from companies in the manufacturing sector with turnover of less than n100 million is tax-free for the first five years of their operation.
