Apply In-Person:

1. To get Clearance from Forestry Department in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Forestry Department in Nigeria.
2. Address and contact details can be found in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
3. Visit the office and obtain anapplication form for Clearance from Forestry Department,from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Complete the application form as required with appropriate details and information. Attest the application form with your signature.
6. Attach the documents with the completed application form.
7. Submit the application form and attached documents to the relevant authority at the office. Pay the applicable fees as directed by the officials.
8. After submission, the technical officers will inspect the products and goods.
9. Upon approval of the application request, the applicant is informed regarding the approval through phone or email and asked to collect the Clearance document through any applicable means.
