Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for an Electrician License or Permit in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA).

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Electrician License or Permit from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Complete the application form with required details and information in respective fields and sections.
6. Attest it with your signature and attach the required documents with the completed application form.
7. Submit it to the relevant authority at the office and pay the Application and license Processing fee as directed by the officials.
8. After submission, the application will be assessed and attached documents will be verified as required.
9. If the submitted information is found sufficient, the officials will proceed to issue the license.
10. The applicant will be contacted through phone or email and asked to collect the license through any applicable means.
