Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Provisional Driver License or Permitin person, the person who needs the license should visit the nearest Driving License Centre (DLC).
2. The address and contact details of the Driver’s License Centres can be found in the link below: - contact link
3. Visit the nearest DLC and obtain the application form for a Temporary driving license from the respective department.
4. Make sure all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page when you visit the DLC.
5. Then, proceed to fill the application form as applicable to your requirement.
6. Now, submit both the forms and required documents to the concerned department in the DLC.
7. Please pay the prescribed fees along with the submission of the application form as directed by the officials.
8. After all the verification and validation processes got over, you will be issued your temporary driving license on the same day of application.

Applicants are advised to complete the application form neatly and completely with absolute legibility and appropriateness to avoid rejections. Also, all the required documents must be furnished completely.
