Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Custody Transfer Point Permit in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Department of Petroleum Resources.

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Custody Transfer Point Permit from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Complete the application form and attach the documents (as required) with the completed application.
6. Then submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. Pay the required amount of fees as directed by the officials.
7. After submission, the submitted applications and attached documents will put forth for verification and validation.
8. On checking and finding that the requirements have been furnished properly, the officials will proceed to perform further required actions.
9. An inspection will be conducted for verifying the business premises and analyzing the technical competence as well as financial capability.
10. Once all the necessary processes are over and the permit/license is ready for collection, you will be notified through phone or email and asked to collect the document.
