Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for digital TV pass, visit your nearest registered digital TV dealer.
2. The address ad contact details of the office can be found in the following contact link, Follow the sales point and visit the nearest dealer.
3. Visit the Office and get the Application form to get a digital TV pass from the relevant department.
4. Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
6. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. You will be given a fee receipt. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. And your application and attached documents will be passed for verification to check if there is any deficiency.
8. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with digital TV pass connection.
