New identity card: Present your birth certificate issued by the CSE Central Registry along with a photocopy of your identification (driver's license, student card, passport). You will also need to submit a photocopy of your parents' identity card.

Renewal / replacement of identity card (due to loss): Present your ID card, if not available a photocopy of your identity card. Submit pay stub issued by an authorized financial institution (BANPRO, BDF, BANCENTRO). Renewal Fee: 50 cordobas .

Reworking a previously issued ID card: If an identity card issued to you contains some error regarding your personal data (date of birth, full name), you may request for a new one without paying any fee. In case of error in your name or date of birth, you will need to present your birth certificate issued by the Central Registry of Persons.

New identity card:
