Changing photo, signature or home address
You may need obtain a new identity card in case you would like to submit a new photo of you, change the signature on your card or update your home address.

1. You will need to complete an application.
2. Attach two passport sized photos of you.
3. Submit the completed form together with your identity card or photocopy of it and proof that you have paid the application form to the CSE Office.

Make changes on your personal information:
You may need obtain a new identity card in case there are changes in your personal information (marital status, date/place of birth, names and / or surnames).

1. You will need to complete an application.
2. Attach two passport sized photos of you.
3. Submit the completed form together with your identity card or photocopy of it and proof that you have paid the application form to the CSE Office.
4. You will also need to present documents that will support the changes that you would like to make on your personal information.

To correct errors of your identity card:
You may need to have a new identity card issued to you in case there is an error on your current card.

1. You will need to complete an application.
2. Attach two passport sized photos of you.
3. Submit the completed form together with your identity card or photocopy of it and your birth certificate to the CSE Office.
4. You do not need to pay for you new identity card.

To replace a loss or stolen identity card:

1. If you apply for a replacement in case you have lost you identity card. You can apply for one by completing an application.
2. Submit the completed form together with all other required documents to the CSE Office.
