Apply by Mail

  1. To apply for a Tobacco Wholesaler License, the applicant will need to mail an application form to the Provincial Tax Commissioner.
  2. The applicant will need to submit a tobacco wholesaler license application. Click on the following links to the application form Link
  3. Fill out the application forms with all the relevant details.
  4. Attach all relevant documents as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Mail the application form to one of the addresses mentioned on the last page of the application form.
  6. Once the application has been signed and approved, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.

  6. Once the application has been signed and approved, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be 19 years of age or above.
  • The applicant must sell, offer or sell tobacco for resale.




Fees

  • The applicant will need to pay a bond deposit, the minimum amount is 5000$.




Validity

  • The Tobacco Wholesaler License needs to be renewed, the expiry date will be mentioned in the license.
