Need for the Document

[edit]

A firearm is anything from which any shot, bullet, missile or other projectile can be discharged by force of explosion.

You can use a sporting firearm without a licence if you are under the immediate supervision of a licence holder. 'Immediate supervision' means the licensed person is within reach and can control the firearm. The superviser must not be using another firearm at the same time.

To be able to use a firearm unsupervised you must hold a standard firearms licence.

Following is a procedure on how you can replace a lost firearms licence.
