Renew Online

Note: If you need to update any of your personal details, you will need to contact CCS Disability Action to make the changes before you renew your permit online.

1. A reminder letter from CCS Disability Action will be sent to you about to how to renew your long-term mobility parking permit, it will have your permit number and a renewal number.
2. To renew your long-term permit online click the LINK and enter your permit and renewal numbers.
3. To complete the online application process you will need to provide your renewal number and credit card or internet banking details.

Renew by post or in person

1. To renew your permit you will need to complete an application. You can download the form using the link provided under 'Documents to Use' section, you may also contact your local branch of CCS Disability Action and they will post a form to you.
2. Check with your local branch which payment method they are able to process - and post the completed form to them, or take it in to the branch.

Mobility parking spaces, are parking spaces that are wider than a standard parking space. These spaces are marked with the disability symbol and are usually closer to venues. People with disability may obtain mobility parking permit which will allow them use mobility parking spaces. The permit also allows them to park in some regular parking spaces for longer than the designated time.

There are two types of mobility permits, short term and long term permits. Short term permits are valid for a three month, six month or nine month period and may be extended to a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. Long term permits are valid for a period of 5 years, and are renewable. Following is a procedure on how to renew a mobility permit.
