4. Applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
5. There is no charge for a Social Security card.
6. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing an approval.
7. Approval will be provided within 2 weeks.
8. If the approval has not been given within 2 weeks, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.

2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly by Clicking “Sign In”.
3. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an account” option.
4. While registering, applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on “Submit” button.
5. Once the registration is successful, applicant can login with their “Email ID” and “Password”.
6. After logging in, applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
7. Applicant must provide all information necessary for application procedure online.
8. Applicant should make sure to upload digital copies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
9. Finally, applicant has to click on “Submit” button.
10. There is no charge for a Social Security card.
