2. Complete the replacement application form.

3. Have your photo taken.
4. Pay the license fee.

• Proof of identity.
• Completion of an application form.
• A new photograph taken.
• Payment of a replacement license fee.

Replacement learner license (for lost or stolen license) - $21
Replacement license (unrestricted, P1 or P2 for lost or stolen license) - $24
