1. Go to NSW registry office. To find your nearest registry office, click this link: http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/index.cgi?action=motorregistries.form.
2. Pass the Driver Knowledge Test again as well as the eyesight test.
3. Pay the normal learner license fee.

If your learner driver license happens to expire, it can be easily renewed. You must renew for the same reason that you cannot drive legally without it.
