• Present proof of the applicant's citizenship status in Australia and satisfy the Department of the applicant's identity and, if the application is over 18, of their good moral character.

• When the application is submitted, the fee must be paid.
• Make the payment online using ImmiAccount's 'My Payments' feature.
• Visit Link to log in or create an ImmiAccount, then choose My Payments>Manage Payments>Pre-Pay Paper Service.
• On this form, do not enter your payment card information.
• Through ImmiAccount's 'My Payments' section, make the credit card payment electronically.

• On the day the Australian government approves their application, the applicant regains their Australian citizenship.
