The Driver Qualification Test (DQT) is a touch-screen test that combines a knowledge test questions about road rules and safe driving and a more advanced version of the Hazard Perception Test (HPT) that you completed to get your P2 license.
Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate. e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
