You must show at least ONE of the following documents. 4 Point Documents:
(Form FS-545, FS 240 or DS-1350)
(Form N-550, N-570 or N-578)
(Form N-560, N-561 or N-645)
When you show any one of the documents, you will get four points.

The permit is valid for 45 day. The License is valid for Four years.

A motorized bicycle (moped) is defined by law as a pedal bicycle with a helper motor, electric or gas-powered, capable of a maximum speed of no more than 25 miles per hour on a flat surface. A moped has a maximum displacement of less than 50 cubic centimeters (no more than 1.5 brake horsepower).

Knowledge test
Sample Knowledge Test
All applicants must pass a knowledge test on traffic laws, rules and regulations by scoring at least an 80% on a 50-question test. The test is administered by a computer and the results are available immediately.
