Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Delhi is available in the Veterinary Council of Delhi.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Renewal of registration can be done within 15 days. If the renewal has not been done within a month, then, the applicant can visit the council to know status of their application.

• Lid Registration ID Card (Original)

• Father’s or Husband’s Name
• Nationality
• Address
• Date of Birth
• E-mail ID
• Employment status with detail
• Basic veterinary qualifications possessed by the applicant
• Registration Number

• Renewal of registration must be done for continuing the veterinary practicing for another year.
