New Delhi - Get DCR Number for your Property (NDMC)


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Get DCR Number for your Property (NDMC), the applicant must approach the Property Tax Division of New Delhi Municipal Council link
  2. Meet the concerned officer and request for DCR number.
  3. Then provide the required documents to the concerned officer.
  4. The necessary documents are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  6. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  7. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
  8. Once the authority is satisfied, they will issue the DCR Number.
  9. This entire process can be completed within a day.

  1. To Get DCR Number for your Property (NDMC), the applicant can make the call to the NDMC helpline. The helpline number is 1533.
  2. Provide the necessary details requested by the concerned officer.
  3. The required details are provided in “Required Information” section of this page.
  4. The MCD helpline operator will provide you with your DCR number.
  5. This entire process can be completed within a day.
