- Now select "New Delhi" from the list of states displayed under heading "State Government".
- Now you should be able to see the list of documents that you can apply for. Select "Residence Certificate" from the list.
- Enter the necessary details that are requested and click the "Get Document" button to download or view the document
- The certificate is ready to download in PDF form.
