• Mail the completed application form, a legal size self-addressed stamped envelope and money order or cashiers check payable to County Recorder. Do not send cash and personal check.
• Mail to: County Recorders Office in the county where the divorce was issued.

• Vital Records & Statistics State Office do not issue copies of the divorce records. State Index is for verification purposes only
• For certified copies of divorce certificates, you must write to the County Recorder in the county where the divorce was issued.
• Nevada Division of Vital Records can search for and verify events occurring after 1968 if you submit a request containing the full name(s) of the person whose record you are searching for, the approximate date of the event and the city where you believe the event occurred.
• The fee for verification of a record is $10.00 for each name searched.
• Apply to county where license was issued.
• You can order you divorce certificate at Clerk of District Court in county where divorce was issued.
• Make money order or cashiers check payable to County Recorder. No personal Checks.
• Credit card requests are not available unless noted.
