• The legal age to marry in Nebraska is 19 years old.
• If either applicant is not of legal age, a notarized consent form must be signed by the person's legal guardian giving consent to the marriage of the minor. If either applicant is under 17 years of age, license cannot be issued in the State of Nebraska.

Marriage License Fee: $15

The marriage license is valid for 1 year from the date of application.
