• Apply for a Nebraska State ID Card, and present documentation of:

Any person who is a resident of the state of Nebraska may obtain a State Identification (ID) card with a color photograph of the person included.

One form of identification is required to obtain an ID card. This forms of identification must be one primary document from the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles Identification/Address/Social Security Verification list.
