1. To get No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Driver License in Nagaland the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which his area belongs to.

4. Apply writing in a white A4 paper
   
5. The applicant should make sure they are eligible for applying by reading through the eligibility criteria that has been listed out under the “Eligibility” section of this page
   
6. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Documents” section of this page.
   
7. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter along with required documents. Pay fess as advised by the counter staff (mostly there won’t be no fees required for this) where the officials would start processing your application.
   
8. Authorities will process the request – If all the details and supporting documents are satisfactory, NOC will be issued

• This NOC is required to renew, obtain afresh driving license, Change of name / address or if the applicant is disabled or above 50 years of age.
  
• A driving license is an official document that states, a person may operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or a bus, on a public roadway.
  
• As the driving license is also considered as a main proof for an individual in many of the government related procedures, one need to make sure that his details are clear.
  
• Driving without Driving license is an offense. Incumbent has to pay penalty

• One should make it clear that his license details are already in the database as updated by the government before applying online.
  
• It is a punishable offense to drive the vehicle without a valid license
