1. To apply for Hostel License in Nagaland, the applicant need to approach the nearest Muncipal Corporation in their area.
2. Get the application form from the executive officer in the Municipal Corporation.
3. Fill up the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. After submitting the application form pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
7. The applicant will receive a transaction number on the registered mobile number.
8. Using the transaction number the applicant can check the status of the application.
9. Once the application is approved you will be notified via SMS.
10. You can get the License from the concerned Municipal Board
    

Apply Online - Nagaland Obtain Hostel License or Permit Online with Images

1. To apply for hostel license in Nagaland, the applicant need to visit the official website of Nagaland Municipal Corporation.
2. Use the following link to apply for hostel license: Dimapur Municipal Council
3. Click on the link available at the website to register for trade licence application.
4. On doing so, you’ll be redirected to the registration page where you need to fill all details marked with (*).
5. On clicking “Register”, you will receive a password on your registered mobile number. Enter the password and click on “Submit”.
6. You will then be redirected to the trade license application form.
7. The fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Enter all required fields and click on “Save & Continue”.
8. In the next page, you will need to upload all the required documents. 9. Upload the documents and click on “Upload & Register Offline Payment”. On clicking this, you will be redirected to a page. Simply click “Submit” on that page and a receipt page would be available to you.
9. Print out this page and visit DMC office to make the trade licence application fee payment offline.
10. DMC office staffs would then start the verification process. 12. You can track the status of your application by logging in using the registered username and password.
