Alternatively you can contact one of the approved driving schools in your area where you live they should be able to help you out in applying for a driver license in easier way. But they might charge you for the service they provide.

• A person wishing to hold a L driving licence shall have attained 16 years of age. He shall be accompanied by a person to teach him driving.
• A person wishing to hold a A-1 driving licence shall have following facts;
  • (16) years old and above
  • already have the valid L driving licence
  • attend accredited driving training school and passed the driving test.
