1. A foreigner can get a Myanmar driver license by presenting his foreign or international driver license.
2. You could use the contact information provided under heading Office Locations & Contacts of this page to get any of your queries clarified. Probably using local language makes things work easier.
3. Make sure you have all the documents that are listed under heading Required Documents, before you approach the licensing office.
4. You have to present all the required documents, no tests are required, you have to pay the fees and you will be getting your Myanmar driver license with your original foreign driver license in a weeks time.

• A temporary driver license can be obtained by a foreigner which can be valid for 5 years.
