Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Safety - Department of Plant Health. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an Application form to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Safety - Department of Plant Health.
3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link
4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Safety - Department of Plant Health
7. Once your application is registered and processed, the Department of Plant Health will schedule an inspection.
8. The inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
