1. Go to the Office of General Directorate of Taxes.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

• Annual statements of overall income (form ADP010) of the years subject to the refund application
• Copy of National Identity Card
• Certified copy of the contract of subscription to a supplementary pension
• Certificate of payment of contributions: this certificate states, for contracts signed starting from January 1st 2009, that the insured person has opted for the deductibility of contributions or premiums
• Income certificate for public sector employees or income certificate approved by taxation services for private sector employees or pension certificate
• Bank account certification
