1. Go to the Office of Municipal department responsible for the delivery of administrative certificates.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.
4. Apply for the not divorced certificate.

• a copy of the national identity card
• written commitment or, where applicable a declaration on honor

There is no fee in obtaining a not divorced certificate.

This certificate is valid for three months.

• This certificate is issued by the president of the city or his representative.

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.

This certificate proves that its holder is not yet divorced (still single, or married). It is issued to all interested persons to enforce their rights in inheritance, benefits or pensions.
