1. Go to the Office of General Directorate of Taxes.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

• Statement of overall income of the deceased (form ADP010F) for the period from January 1st to the date of death and, where necessary, for the previous year
• Rights holders must subscribe the above mentioned statement, within three (3) months after the death
• Application with the inventory of assets assigned to a professional activity to be filed in the aforementioned period. (In the case of right holders who wish to pursue the activities of a deceased taxpayer);
• Application is as such to consider that the joint possession after death de facto and that the statement of the deceased relating to the most recent period of activity is filed before April 1st
