1. Go to the Office of Municipal department responsible for administrative credentials to the municipality.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.
4. Apply for the certification of authentication for signature.
5. Pay the fee.

• presentation of the document object of the legalization of signature
• signature of the applicant in the register provided for that purpose to the competent authorities
• presentation of the national identity card
