2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.
4. Apply for the certificate of indigence.

Following are the procedures on how to obtain a certificate of indigence in Morocco.

A "certificate of indigence or indigency" is usually an affidavit swearing that your income/assets fall below a certain level.

It is intended to prove that the holder is in an unstable financial situation. This certificate is issued by the local authorities after investigation of the territorial agent. It enables its possessor to enjoy certain benefits, such as free or pay a nominal fee to take advantage of various medical services (analysis, diagnosis, surgery, ..) offered by large public hospitals in Morocco.
