1. Go to the Office of General Directorate of Taxes.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

• Application (form AAP300)
• Copy of the deed of inheritance;
• Copy of the National Identity Card or the residence Card of the agent
• Copy of the National Identity Card or the residence card of the deceased
• Supporting documents of the income of the deceased
• Application for information issued by the collector and / or the RAF
• Application of information to obtain the tax clearance certificate (death) form

• The application can be submitted to Reception and coordination office at the regional or district directorate of the tax domicile or main business place of the taxpayer.
• Tax clearance can be issued at the above mentioned reception and coordination office or collection at the tax domicile or main business place of the taxpayer.
