2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

• Sworn statement (form AAP079)
• Copy of National Identity Card or residence card
• Certified copy of accession contract
• Certificate of payment of contributions or premiums submitted by the competent insurance company stating that the insured person has opted for the non deductibility of contributions
• Certificate of income for employees, income certificate approved by the taxation service for private sector employees or certificate of non-employment
• Application for Certificate of non-deductibility for insurance supplementary pension contributions (form AAP079F)
