1. If you have lost your residence card, it will be good if you will report the incident to the police immediately. The police will ask you information regarding the incident and then will issue a written report after. The report is important because you will be ask to present this when you apply for a new residence card.
2. Submit a written request to have the residence card re-issued to the Immigration Office.
3. Pay the application fee and wait for the advice when can you come back to collect your card.
