1. You will need to apply in person when you renew your passport.
2. Go to your local state registration office apply for the procedure.
3. Do not forget to bring with you, your expiring passport, your national ID and three passport photos taken not more than six months ago.
4. Complete and submit a passport renewal form.
5. Submit the completed form together with all the required documents.
6. Pay the application fee.
7. The registry officer will inform you when will you be able to collect your new passport.

If you are outside Mongolia

You can renew your passport by going to the nearest consular service office of Mongolia.
