1. To register an adoption you will need to prepare these following documents:
   1. Hand-written consent of biological parents
   2. Application of adoptive parents
   3. Copy of marriage certificate
   4. ID’s of adoptive and biological parents or guardian
   5. Birth certificate of the child, hand-written consent of the child above the age of 7
   6. Health record of adopting parents /AIDS, psychiatry, tuberculosis/
   7. Police record of adopting parents
2. After the release of Governor’s decree, apply for registration at your local soum or district state registration division..
3. The biological and adopting parents must be present during the registration process.
4. Complete an application form and submit it together with all the required documents.
5. The registry officer will inform you when will you be able to collect the certificate of registration.
