1. To obtain a civil identification card you must register in person at the soum and district state registration division.
2. Complete and submit an application form together with your birth certificate and your father/mother’s ID card and other required documents.
3. Pay the service fee.

ID card is issued at the age of 16.

Issued when a citizen turns 16, the ID card is renewed at the ages of 25 and 45.
