1. To apply for the procedure you need to fill up the application form which can be downloaded on line or obtained from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office.
2. Once you have completed the application form, submit it along with all other required documents to the driving school where you are currently enrolled.
3. Pay the application fee. Payments accepted: cash, cheques payable in Monaco or France and Visa bank cards only.

• A copy of your Monegasque driving licence
• A copy of your Monegasque ID card or residence permit
• ID photo taken by a professional photographer (size - 33x43mm)
• A medical certificate for the licence required and a medical report from your doctor. The medical certificate must not be older than 3 months.
• For applicants who are minors:
  • Parental Consent
  • A copy of the guardian's ID
  • Proof of guardianship or parentage

Application forms to obtain a Monegasque driver's license are submitted to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office.
