1. You may request for a Certificate of Citizenship by phone (see contact information below) or in person.
2. In case the applicant is unable to move for medical reasons, the certificate may be issued to an authorized representative by presenting the applicant's identification a copy thereof together with the representative's identification. The representative will also need to present a written authorization.
3. Pay for the certificate.
4. It will take about 3 days for your request to be processed and for the certificate to be ready.

• Proof that you are a native or national of Monaco: Birth certificate, school registration etc.
