1. Go to the Circuit clerk's office.
2. Present and submit documents required.
3. Complete the application form. Marriage License Application
4. Pay the marriage license fee.

• The legal age to marry in Mississippi is 21 years old (without parental consent). For ages below 21, the bride must be at least 15 years old and the groom must be at least 17 years old, and parental consent is required.

Marriage License Fee: $21

The marriage license is valid for 3 months. It is only valid in the state of Mississippi.

• The groom and bride must appear together at the County Circuit Clerks office to file the application for a marriage license.
• Cousin. proxy and same sex marriages are not allowed.

• Number of previous marriages and how and when they ended You will also need to bring the required documents and identification.
