These identification cards are valid for four (4) years. With the exception of those who are legally blind, the validity of their identification cards is valid for ten (10) years.

Any other person, most especially those who are blind or physically disabled person, may go to the Department of Public safety for an identification card. This is for the purpose mainly for identification which is very useful for those who are hard of seeing and handicapped.
